We know its hard to purchase and colour match makeup with out testing the product on your skin so to make things easier for you we offer a free exchange or store credit on any of our full sized coloured makeup products. You may also exchange items you are not 100% happy with, within 30 days of your purchase date for a store credit if the product has been lightly sampled, opened or unwrapped.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@lumeecosmetics.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will replace and items damages by a courier. Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival and contact us at info@lumeecosmetics.com if you have any issues.
